About The She Circle
Our story
The She Circle was founded in Sydney in 2026. It is a circle for women in their 30s to 50s — though younger and older women are always welcome — a place to connect without small talk, move without pressure, and celebrate exactly where they are.
Our first gathering, the Bollywood Wellness Disco, sold out at 40 places in September 2026. Our gatherings begin in Sydney — in time, our circles will open across Australia.
We started The She Circle because women in their 30s, 40s and 50s deserve a room that asks nothing of them — no small talk to perform, no image to keep up. Just a little space to be themselves, among other women who understand exactly why that matters.
